I asked for triple room and it was compact.

Spacious bedroom.

It was so close to tower, and restaurants, unbeatable location overall.

I loved that our room was so clean and warm. The location was just perfect as it was right next to Coral Island and only a few steps to the beach, allowing me to enjoy nice strolls around the vibrant area throughout my stay.

Upon arrival after a long journey, we were greeted by Graeme with a very warm welcome, he had all our booking details ready to check us in. He gave us all local information with parking, where to eat etc... Breakfast was lovely, overall very accommodating, clean rooms, nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would go back again. Thank you so much & wish you success.

Everything was nice, fabulous hotel, the location was incredible next to the front, Tower and town centre and the attractions, shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, trams and prom. They provided a very very good breakfast with cerials, juice plus types of tea. We loved the original-style building and neat room with a card held on my account. The staff was pleasant and exceptionally nice, offered excellent services.

The staff at the novello were super lovely! I liked that the twin room was a nice size with lots of storage. The location was perfect, really close to all the fun stuff in blackpool which was great!

but the shower might be a bit small for bigger people and the noice from outside could be heard at ngiht sometimes.

The family studio was spacious and cozy. The beds were super comfortable. It was so warm when we arrived, and the couple who run it were cute. It's right in the heart of the town, close to everything, and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the bathroom could definitely use a deep clean. a nice stay! 😊

We had a fantastic time at this lovely spot! The kids enjoyed playing in the leisure room and we loved relaxing at the beach nearby. The decor could use a little update, but it didn't take away from our great experience! 🌊

I enjoyed my stay at Novello. The location suited my needs, being close to attractions. The staff provided friendly service, and the room was clean. I found the bed slightly creaky, which affected my sleep a bit.

The rooms are clean n comfy. It's really close to the beach n shops. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, didn't even need to go out for food! Loved the family vibe here, felt at home for sure. I'll totally stay again next time im in blackpool.

Only thing was i wished there was parking closer. The shower could be a bit bigger, but not a huge deal.
